*25 min slow running accelerating to fastish.
*8x 100-
*4x 45 sec on dirttrack / walkback recovery.
*2x 100-
*15 min easy running.
*This was a preparation for tomorrows race. Felt good during the reps. Tried to run smooth and without being too hurried (fast but looking slow).
