PM *1h 46 min easy running (avg.139.) with 5x strides in the end.
*I think i got into "the box", as I should, a total tiredness that felt good.

Good. Try to get at least two sessions this week where you are operating at faster speeds for longer periods. Dont worry about the recoveries, just the movement.
Focus: To finish the summer with a final spell of hard lactate tolerance & speed endurance work - and racing a couple of track races (and several road races) in order to get at least one decent result on 800 m this summer. So far only 2:02, I want to see a sub 2:00 time before winter begins.
