*7x 100 - 200 m accelerating strides / pulse down to 125 before going again.

*Feels like I'm still low on sugar, but I don't know if it is possible or not to feel "low on sugar" without doing a sugardepleting session (this one sure was not), or if I'm just feeling "tired" because of rest.
