*Strides.
*Felt "panicy" no good rhythm except perhaps the 3 last ones. It might have to do with the walk recovery which I haven't used on this session before - I started the reps from a low pulse, usualy sub 110, and didn't keep the steam going. On the other hand letting pulse get well down in the 2 min walk might let me run faster in the reps.

I think that we must try to keep these at around 170 so that they are top end aerobic without engaging lactate processes. I am quite happy that you go over 173 to 175 but no more. I would even suggest that you try to criss cross 173 by going just ven then pulling back to 168 or so. You need to tease this area not hammer it. Try putting these togeth slowly until you are doing 30 mins continuous. More than 30 uses too much sugar for one day.
