*Easy circuits.


*Tired and skipped boxing. Did fastish aprox. 8K run instead.

Dont be frightened to take the pulse right down to 125 or less on really tired days. Even the jog is of value as it cleans and refreshes the muscle. Tim Hutchins called it running massage.
