*30 min easy running.
*Strides.
*3x 5x 300 m in 49-51 sec / 40 - 60 sec recovery (100 m jog).
*5 min jog.
*4x 150 m in 21 - 19 / 250 m walk / jog recovery.
*20 min easy running.
PM
Rest.
*Felt like shit. The intention was running them all as one set - but after 4 I felt lactate building real bad - it might have to do with very short recoveries - Tommy running them 100 m jogs fast, but more likely it had to do with recovering from the flu (my breathing was very taxed all the time). No bounce either. Max pulse was 186 and 2 min standstill 117.
