*Meet Glen at trainstation in connection with 30 min run.
*Jumps, running in front of mirror, strenght & coordination training.
*5x ~100 m concentration on running correctly.
*300m in ~1500 m speed, 2x 250m in same speed + 200 m faster.
*Glen said it was the best he has seen me run ever.
