Day 1: Speed (= fast reps) up to 300 meters and long recoveries.
Day 2: Jog.
Day 3: 1x Fartlek.
Day 4: Rest.
Day 5: 8x 300 m or 5x 400 m.
Day 6: Jog.
Day 7: 4K fast or 8K threshold.
Day 8: Rest.
Extra rest days when needed to stay fresh.
