*40 min easy running + strides.
*6x 150 m with full recovery: 19/19/18/18/18/18.
*30 min easy running/walking.


*I need to do a lot more full speed stuff to make it easier - I'm using way too much energy to get down to 19-18 in 150 which shouldn't be a big deal.

Firstly you are looking much better in the photos. You look far more athletic than I have ever seen you. Amazing what you can do with technology. Slowly you are getting the times for the sessions down. That is good and means that you have the recovery balance better. But be careful not to reduce the easy running too much or you will lose the aerobic qualities in the muscle too early in the season. You must keep some steady mileage going underneath. Better to put the fast work back by a day now and then and do a steady 12-15k.

Yes - technology is amazing... / Ok: this week one hard session (thursday) and one or two hard reps on road before Sundays race (a street relay - first leg is mine, 600 m on road).
