*7x 45 sec on / 45 sec off.

*Morning seesion fast - very hard to do 6th and 7th rep.
*Same with evening session.

We shall see what happens after 2-3 weeks of this intensity and added high speed work. Hopefully it will get easier quite quickly.

How can it get easier - won't it just get faster and still feel as if one is blowing up after the third?
