*Hamstring tense, but I can slowrun. Which is nice.

Good. Keep going. You need to do some work on the hamstring in isolation so that you are sure you are getting at is. Also now is the time to start massage yourself on the injured tissue. Get your thumb in there and work at the damage. Then get the blood into it by ice and or heat.
