*15K very slow running with all hills at fastish speed - going deep into lactate; 6x 1:40 down to 40 sec reps + also easy strides as a finish.
*Could do a lactate tolerance training and I now feel confident to go to the track on Friday.

It is always a good plan when you think you are ready after injury to train at maximum to take at least one more day as recovery, possibly two. The risk is not worth taking.
