PM
*30 min easy running.
*10x 45 sec at pulse 170 with 15 sec rest.
*15 min recovery.
*11x 45 sec fast with 1:15 rest.
*15 min easy running.
*Went quite well, didn't use up sugar like last time and I think speed was about the same (cannot judge because this was Turku and last time was Kokkola).
