*40 min easy running with 5x 45 sec fast.
PM
*30 min easy running.
*Strides.
*7x 150 m fastish with walkback recovery.
*Didn't do more than 7 because it started to feel my legs were tired and the vibration from the track was coming through.
*Good 150:s though.
