*15 min easy running.
*16x 25 sec fast running up steep hill - jog back recovery.
*25 min easy running.


*These 25 sec reps are hard - after 15 sec it's a struggle for real. Hard to motivate myself to go up again for a new rep after 6 of these.


PM
Rest.


*Felt my throath getting sore again - nothing serious, but I must not be ill on Saturday.

Perhaps you should do these either as sets, with more recovery or less speed. You are not after lactate in this or you should reduce the number to 5 or 6 maximum so the aim must be either running mor epowerfully with speed, speed endurance or low levels of lactate (5-7mm). Which is it, get that clear and the session will become easier to deal with. If it is lactate then nothing matters except getting on with it and suffering
