*30 min easy to fastish running as warm up + strides.
*Did well first 3K - was up leading after 1K and wondering why the boys aren“t running. After 3K i was finnished though and crawled rest. It eased up a bit on last K but no good running that K either. Third.

being analytical, you must not critisize the result but accept that the second race only showed you have you enough sugar burning capability for 3km. I suspect that this means you need to do some longer harder sugar burning stuff to build the capability. That is of course exactly what back to back racing does and next time should be better. Doubling up is an ffective way to creat change and you need to do it as often as you can
