*40 min easy running (avg. 146).
PM
*60 min easy running (avg.154!).
*Easy running to let the hamstring heal (if it has to - it's just tense - not sore - but I KNOW I would damage it by trying strides or anything faster.
*Pulse very high even if speed was slow. I did not feel particulary tired until afterwards. Glen says I'm likely low on sugar and I agree.

Probably best now just to easy run until vitality and low pulse returns.
OK - no boxing today then - I will do same easy run as yesterday but i HAVE to do 400:s tomorrow. I won't sleep if I don't get to do them - restlessness building, etc.
And I will run Coopertest on Tuesday. My aim is, of course, running longer than 3700m which I did last year. But it's a difficult track to run on (200 m - sharp bends) especially if there is a lot of runners one must try to overtake.
