*30 min easy running.
*Strides.
*Jumps (bounding, one legged, etc.). Not too many.
*Circuits.
*6x 150 m / 250 jog-walk recovery; 19.0 - 19.5.
*20 min jog.
*I was supposed to do some work on grass with the sprint group but they didn't show up, perhaps because it was windy & rained hard and +12C.
*Nothing really worked. Tired in the body and in the head - not exhausted, just not on the top of the world.
